Requesting Khalsa Ji that in August 2009, as per the requirement of Sangat and time, Singh Sabha Organizations were established. The people living in the north of Brisbane had to travel 40 to 50 kilometers to see the Brisbane Sikh Temple, which was especially difficult for the elders. Khalsa Ji Singh Sabha, Brisbane keeping the Sangat’s needs in mind, a program of paternity, kirtan was started.

Path Booking
Gurbani Kirtan or Shabad Kirtan simply Kirtan refers to Sikh devotional music that originated in the Hindu tradition as loving songs sung to God. Kirtan is also one of the important aspects of Sikhism that refers to the singing of the Sacred Hymns from the Guru Granth Sahib accompanied by music. The Sikhs place huge value on this type of singing and a Sikh is expected to listen to and/or sing Guru-Kirtan as frequently as possible.
ABOUT SCHOOL
Singh Sabha Gurumukhi School
Singh Sabha Gurumukhi School is a community language school located within the Gurdwara premises. The school is registered with Community Languages Australia and Department of Education and Training. We also provide teachers for Scripture classes in local public/privates school to promote our mother tongue.
